I build custom themes from scratch, no page builders. WooCommerce integrations, ACF-driven templates, and SEO written directly into the code.

I write WordPress themes by hand. Custom post types, ACF field groups, WooCommerce flows, and the PHP that holds it together. I care about the parts users never see: escaped output, nonces on every form, images served at the right size, and pages that stay usable with a keyboard.
Before WordPress I designed brand identities, and I still do. That combination means I can take a project from a blank page to a site that ranks and converts, without a handoff in the middle.
Every template is hand-written PHP. Lighter pages, no plugin sprawl, and code the next developer can actually read.
Custom quote-to-order flows, transactional emails, and checkout logic shaped around the business rather than the other way round.
Titles, meta descriptions, canonicals, robots directives and JSON-LD structured data, written in PHP. No SEO plugin required.
AVIF and WebP, correctly sized image variants, WCAG AA contrast, ARIA landmarks and keyboard navigation.
I work with AI daily for code review, refactoring and SEO analysis, and I build with the APIs too. It removes the tedious parts of the job. The judgement on what ships stays mine.
I read the existing codebase before I change it, and keep its conventions rather than imposing mine.
I agree on what the task actually covers, and say once, clearly, when I disagree with a spec.
Small commits, explicit messages, and comments only where the decision is not obvious from the code.
Tested on real pages, not just locally green. I report what works and what I left out.
